Involves disputes between shareholders disputes, buy-out, and expulsion of shareholders, claims by investors, corporate governance issues, disputes concerning banking and securities legislation, the liability of group companies, the liability of directors, mergers and amalgamation and dissolution of companies, corporate insolvency resolution process.
